Allergen Information
As Turtle Mountain has grown to become a leading dairy-free food producer, we have developed a better understanding of what you, as consumers of our products, need and want. We know that not only do many of you have issues with dairy, but other food allergens as well. That is why our Quality Assurance department has developed a leading Allergen Prevention program that utilizes state of the art testing methods. Turtle Mountain applies strict quality control measures in an effort to prevent contamination by undeclared food allergens. To assure our preventive measures are effective, we sample test our products for the presence of dairy, gluten, peanut, soy, tree nut (almond, coconut, pecan, walnut) using state of the art testing methods.
It is our policy to exclude all known allergens from our products unless they are known constituents of an ingredient.
